International cultural service program scholarships AKA ICSP Scholarships at the University of Oregon is major targeted at low income but exceptional students. ICSP Scholarships Target group:

Foreign students or international applicants from the low-income background but with outstanding academic performances and can demonstrate or offer presentations about the attributes of their home culture

Scholarship value/inclusions/duration:

Tuition-waiver scholarship ranging from 0 – 15 non-resident academic credits per term. The awarded amount remains the same every year throughout the study period, added to this student or applicant must agree to offer 80hours annually of cultural service as required by the program.

ICSP Scholarships Eligibility:

  1. To be eligible for this ICSP scholarship, the applicant must be eligible to the admission requirement of the Oregon university or must have been admitted as a student too before 15 January of each year
  2. This scholarship is for international students so students must not hold American citizenship or permanent residency or eligible for any US financial support
  3. Applicant must be from low-income background showing a need for the scholarship with a CGPA of at least 3.0
  1. ICSP students agree to complete 80 hours per year of cultural service as required by the program.
